People Pleasing
You over-apologize for things beyond your control. If something goes wrong, you naturally believe it’s your fault. You minimize your feelings to keep the peace. No one seems to know when you’re struggling. You sometimes feel resentful that others ask so much of you. If you find yourself doing things to avoid conflict or please others, therapy can help you identify what drives the need to please.
